Poetry
Kenyan MC, poet and dancer Tina Mweni will grace the stage at Gotham Gallery with a performance of spoken word poetry at the 2nd Opening for Street Art On The Run. We are so excited to have Tina join us for the reception and to add performance art to room filled with colorful paintings made by artists from her homeland. Street Art On The Run features paintings by Kenyan “ghetto artists” Ashif Malamba and Otieno Gomba as well as Kenyan graffiti artist BankSlave.
